I just recently bought some Ethiopian anaerobic natural (Sidama/bensa) which was pretty expensive. I feel a bit letdown though as the taste isn’t as balanced as I would expect and was wondering if the roast level is a factor here. It’s a bit difficult to take a photo that shows the different colors of the beans, but I expected them to be more uniform in color at this price point.
